A million miracles

“A million miracles” is part of a series of paintings inspired by significance and in this instance, the joy of being. This painting explores and celebrates the simple joys and pleasures of life that we so often take for granted. Life is complicated and busy and yet, if we pause for a moment and take the time to allow our senses to experience the world around us, there is so much breathtaking beauty and awe-inspiring sensations. As children there is an innocence and an ability to be in the moment. As adults we often need to be reminded to just be, savoring the moment without looking for a why, or a benefit beyond the moment itself. The joy of being is itself a miracle.
