“The fullness of light” is part of a series of paintings exploring significance, moments found in nature, in places, and in experiences that spark a deep-felt response. In this instance seeing the beauty of flowers blooming, surrounded by the rich greens of life and the incredible sensation of the smells, scents, and sounds of nature. The splendor of the scene as a whole and the wonder of the changing colours and the detail as I step closer, all momentary and fleeting as the light shifts and shimmers bringing the scene to life.
